About Kelly Yasmin Ochoa Parra

Kelly Yasmin Ochoa Parra

Is the Founder and CEO of PawHealth Wellness Specialty Center.
She is a Venezuelan Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). Her expertise includes preventive medicine, epidemiology, and public health.
Dr. Ochoa has over 21 years of experience in the veterinary field, encompassing clinical practice and the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. Her experience includes positions at Bayer Animal Health and Elanco, where she provided technical and commercial support, launched products, and developed relationships with veterinarians and distributors.
Throughout her career, Dr. Ochoa has demonstrated skills in diagnosing and treating animal health issues, performing surgeries, and providing preventive care. She is passionate about advancing animal health and public welfare, particularly through epidemiology and veterinary science.
Dr. Ochoa’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zulia in Venezuela. She also earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine license in Florida.
